In the event of a flight delay, there will be no additional shipping costs.
Place of meeting and destination will be the one that you will have chosen following our mutual understanding.
If the meeting place is Macedonia Airport, our driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name! In case of difficulty finding our driver, please contact us at our company’s phones.
Carriage of pets is free only when the keeper shows the animal’s health booklet, which must be kept up to date in at least the last two years, and transferred to a special basket.
If the luggage space of the vehicle is not sufficient (due to excessive luggage or oversize) and need a second vehicle to carry your luggage, you are charged with the rental of the second vehicle.
In case of overnight stay of the Driver – Vehicle, you will be charged for your accommodation and subsistence.

Cancel Transfer

Cancellation 10 days or more from the transfer date NO CHARGE!
From 10 to 2 days there is a charge of 15 €.
For cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment MONEY IS NOT RETURNED!

No refunds:

When at fault of the customer, due to inconsistency in our appointment or failure to provide a valid phone number, he loses transport.
